The shipping, package and delivery costs are
added on automatically when you go to make your payment if you are ordering
online. If you order by post or fax, your order form will show shipping costs
separately, which will be added to your purchase.

Usually you can expect to receive your goods
within 2-6 days in the UK, 2-9 days for the EU, and 7-14 days for the rest of
the world. Generally, goods are despatched within 24 hours of an
order being placed and you are likely to receive them sooner than the
aforementioned dates. For extra security we use a secure signed for
delivery service.

The
quickest and preferred method. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All
card payments are processed by Worldpay, (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland)
using secure industry standard precautions, including SSL.
We accept Visa, Visa Purchasing, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, JCB and Amex. All card details
are encrypted and are not stored anywhere on our systems. Worldpay will send you
an email on completion of your sale. While shopping online or on the internet,
you are usually given invoices or receipts either onscreen or in your email.
These are proof of your purchase, and we advise you to print out and keep copies
of them.

Fax and Mail orders
We accept cheques, and money orders. Delivery may take up to 14 days longer
if you choose this method. If
you want a quicker delivery please order online.

NOTE: We do not recommend
sending cash in the mail. If you send cash payments by "Special
Delivery" you do so at your own risk. We will not accept responsibility
if they go astray. An alternative method of payment is safer and
preferred.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order
you have 7 days to change your mind and ask for a refund. Goods must be unused
and unopened.

Refunds

If for any reason you change your mind, and
would like to return the unopened and unused goods, we offer a 7 day refund period. If you wish to make a return
within this period, contact us
and you will be issued with a Return Code Number. Please do not return good's
without a Return Code.

Please keep proof of postage and delivery in case of
queries. In the event of a refund, you will be liable for the shipping,
package and delivery costs, unless the goods are faulty. You are responsible for keeping reasonable care of the
goods whilst they are in your possession. Pack them carefully and return by special or signed for delivery. See the
